Why We’re Different

We build relationships with local growers and forage responsibly, using the season’s best blooms without compromising on beautiful, considered design.

We don’t use floral foam or single-use plastic in any of our floral work from table arrangements to installations, and we compost or repurpose all of our floral waste.

“I got so many compliments from the guests at the wedding about the autumnal tones and interesting flower choices! Thank you Liz!”

“From the first point of contact Liz was an actual dream. So accommodating & patient I could not have asked for anyone better to be a part of our special day! ”

About Liz

Liz grew up in rural Nottinghamshire and moved to Brighton to study fashion design 10 years ago. Her creative drive then evolved into Flower and Fern, where her design experience and love of English country gardens blend together to inform her work. She has now put down roots in West Sussex with her husband and border terrier, working from their home studio. Liz is always looking to innovate, seeking out new techniques and sourcing unique blooms to express the beauty in nature and exceed the expectations of her clients. Let’s talk!

“We were blown away by Liz’s creativity; the table arrangements were stunning, and the hanging garland was the talking point of the evening.”
